To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if it doesn't work out, we do accept returns for store credit if we are contacted and the item is sent back in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only minus a $7 restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you feel that an item has been misrepresented, please contact us immediately so we can work out a solution. If the wrong item has been sent or there is a mistake on our part we will be happy to make it right at no cost to you. This shipping policy applies to both US and international orders.
When will my order arrive?
We ship domestic via USPS, and worldwide via Asendia. Shipping prices are based on weight, and will be automatically discounted for orders with multiple items.
US orders: Items under one pound are shipped via First Class Mail, and you have the option to upgrade to Priority at checkout, which takes 1-3 business days, or Express which takes 1-2 business days. Orders over one pound will automatically ship Priority in the U.S.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. For international customers, your Asendia tracking number will change to your local carriers’ via asendiausa.com once it enters your country.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible in the case of loss or theft. Please also make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address with your order. If you don't receive your item due to a wrong address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I find something in my size?
We give an estimate for every item we list, but please double check the measurements to ensure it will fit you. The best way to tell if an item will fit properly is to compare the given measurements to a garment you already own. Vintage sizing varies from modern, so often the size on the tag is not accurate for today. Please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have sizing questions!
