Flying Apple Vintage is run by three like-minded friends who just happened to end up in the same place. We don't have a brick & mortar, but we offer try-ons local to the LA area for purchases of $150 or more. We give a fit estimate for every item we list, but please double check the measurements to ensure it will fit you. The best way to tell if an item will fit properly is to compare the given measurements to a garment you already own.
Though we use female models, a lot of our clothing is unisex. You can search "men" or go to the Unisex/Men's section under All Items in the drop down shop menu. We will specify if our size estimate is for men instead of women.
Our vintage items for sale have been worn before, and may or may not show signs of wear. We rate our items with the following condition grades: excellent, very good, good, fair, distressed, and costume grade. Any flaws including stains, tears, or holes will be noted.
We ship internationally using USPS, and shipping prices are based on weight. Orders under one pound are shipped via First Class Mail (usually takes 2-4 business days) and orders over one pound will automatically ship via Priority Mail in the US (1-3 business days). International orders usually take 7-10 business days.
We ship all orders with USPS and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Once a package has been delivered, we are not responsible in the case of loss or theft. If you are concerned about mail theft in your area, email us to request signature confirmation for your order ($2 fee). Please also make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address with your order. If you don't receive your item due to a wrong address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if your purchase doesn't work out, we do accept items returned in their original condition for store credit, minus a $5 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order, and ship your return within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only (minus the $5 restock fee). If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
