Vintage 70s William Cahill Wedding Gown, As Is - Extra Small
Vintage 70s William Cahill Wedding Gown, As Is - Extra Small
Vintage 70s wedding gown by designer William Cahill with a train that bustles. Features a sheer white layer with ecru crochet lace trim over an ivory slip layer, and a second lining layer with tulle in the skirt for shape. Being sold as is, see condition details below before purchasing.
Measurements and Condition:
Fits like: Extra small
Fabric: Unknown, labeled dry clean only
Brand: William Cahill California
Condition: Fair, with faint yellowing in the underarms, and light yellow/orange staining in sections throughout the skirt on the sheer layer and slip layer (including a few spots on the crochet trim - see close up photo for example). We have not treated or dry cleaned the dress, so the staining may come out with professional treatment but we do not guarantee it. The structure of the dress is still in great condition, and it would also make a great costume or styling piece if the staining doesn't lighten.

Waist: 25.5"
Hips: Free
Shoulders (seam to seam): 13"
Sleeve: 7"

Doing Good
Buying vintage clothing benefits the planet and people. Your purchase reduces the demand for newly manufactured clothing which requires massive amounts of water and energy. You also are helping to prevent the exploitation of garment workers in fast-fashion industries.
