Vintage 90s girl's floral fit and flare dress with sheer white contrast sleeves, buttons up the front of the bodice, and a tie at the back of the waist. It has small sewn-in shoulder pads to give the sleeves shape. Shown on an adult model, see details and measurements below (the model was not able to button it all the way up).

To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if your purchase doesn't work out, we do accept items returned in their original condition for store credit minus a $5 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order, and ship your return within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
