Vintage 70s mini dress with a blue & white polka dot puff sleeve bodice and white skirt.

Fits like: Small to medium
Fabric: Top feels like polyester and the skirt feels like a poly/rayon blend. Labeled dry clean only.
Condition: Good, some fabric was torn at the end of each sleeve to make the arm holes bigger (see photos – still wearable as is as they are partially hidden when the sleeves are tied), light pilling throughout the skirt, a 1” and a few ½” yellow spots on the front of the skirt with some very faint bleaching around them, and some very faint pink color bleed on the center front of the skirt about halfway down.
