Condition: Good, the hem has come mostly undone but can be easily repaired, a tiny seam gap at the edge of each cuff, light fraying to the crochet trim at the sides of the waist, a 1" worn section on the back of left cuff, and some similar wear to the fabric/light pilling at the front of hips, back of shoulders, and on the seat.
