60s Red Black Lace & Marabou Feather Trim Chemise Set - Small

Vintage 60s matching set in red with black floral lace and marabou feather trim, featuring a babydoll chemise dress and sheer panty. The dress has a sheer layer over a semi-sheer slip layer with black lace trim, and a one shoulder silhouette with a satin spaghetti strap on the other side. This set was held by a costuming house in Montréal, Canada called L'Atelier de Costumes BJL, which was founded by Louise Jobin in 1972. The dress and panty are by two separate designers, so we think they may have been put together as a set by the costuming house.

Condition: Very good, with some blue color bleed spots on the back and in gusset from the lace, some faint brownish faded spots around the edge of the leg cuffs, a hand-repaired seam gap in the gusset, a few other barely noticeable spots, and a pinpoint hole on the seat.
Waist: elastic stretches 20" to 30" comfortably, and up to 36" max
Hips: 34"
Leg opening: 16" to 22"

We ship all US orders for free. All international order shipping prices are based on weight. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping speed, there will be an option at checkout.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is scheduled to arrive. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible in the case of loss or theft. Please also make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address with your order. If you don't receive your item due to a wrong address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns

To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if it doesn't work out, we do accept returns for store credit if we are contacted and the item is sent back in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only minus a $7 restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
