Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide via USPS. Shipping prices are based on weight, and will be automatically discounted for orders with multiple items.
US orders: Items under one pound are shipped via First Class Mail, and you have the option to upgrade to Priority at checkout, which takes 1-3 business days, or Express which takes 1-2 business days. Orders over one pound will automatically ship Priority in the U.S.
We ship all orders with USPS and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your package is being delivered. Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible in the case of loss or theft. Please also make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address with your order. If you don't receive your item due to a wrong address provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
To best ensure that you are happy with your item, we ask that you read through the measurements and condition notes before making your purchase. However, if your purchase doesn't work out, we do accept items returned in their original condition for store credit minus a $5 restocking fee. To initiate a return, please message us within 3 days of receiving your order, and ship your return within 7 days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and the store credit amount issued is for the item price only. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
